- Carry out operational activities in the Boiler & Power House, managing ambient conditions, noise, B3 waste, and both solid and liquid waste as per SOPs and SHE team directions.
- Monitor and report to superiors, GA, and managers regarding the expiration of licenses and calibrations for both equipment and personnel.
- Safely and efficiently operate utility boilers, generators, and compressors.
- Ensure adequate supply of steam pressure, electricity, and nitrogen in line with operational needs.
- Record and validate the operating parameters of boilers, generators, and compressors to ensure compliance with standards.
- Regulate the distribution of steam, electricity, and nitrogen.
- Prepare fuel, consumables, spare parts, and service equipment according to operational parameters. Periodically check the availability of these items.
- Provide proper maintenance for boiler, generator, and compressor equipment. Clean essential parts required for operation.
- Adhere to occupational health and safety protocols in the work environment. Follow instructions, procedures, and schedules within specified time limits, adhering to health and safety principles.
- Complete documentation on operational activities accurately.
- Maintain and clean work tools and areas in the utility area.
- Continue the work of co-workers as instructed by superiors. Comply with all applicable SHE regulations and ensure that work is conducted safely in accordance with SHE procedures.
- Use chemicals appropriately and efficiently.
- Achieve standardized control limits.
- Ensure that operations do not cause environmental pollution, including water, air, and soil.
- Start, stop, and monitor compressors to ensure they operate efficiently and meet production requirements. Adjust compressor settings, such as pressure and flow rates, to maintain optimal performance and output.
