Job Description:
- Support the sales team by providing operational assistance in the planning and execution of sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments (marketing, finance, technical) to facilitate smooth sales operations.
- Monitor sales KPIs and assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate sales tracking and customer information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices.
- Provide training and support to sales staff on operational tools and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or related role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Willing to work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
