- Managing the whole strategic operation for Sparepart Department.
- Ensuring dicipline, productivity, and enhancing the quality of the whole sparepart team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products in the market.
- Handling escalation from the Sparepart team for unresolved issues to the Director Business Expansion.
- Transfer product knowledge to the supervisor and telesales team and collaborate to achieve sales target.
- Planning the whole sparepart team activities, distributing lead proportionally, including participating in join calls to support
- the team.
- Providing coaching, training and evaluations for Sparepart team members.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure all internal telesales activities are properly planned and managed.
