Summary of Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through active networking, site visits, and market analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of services
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to refine strategies
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to secure business
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand and expand the client base
- Minimum 3 years experience in the hospitality industry, with proven track of achieving targets
- Has experience in handling international market (Australia, Europe, USA, Russia)
- Possess a strong ability to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and innovative approaches
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
