Job Description :

1. Overseeing daily transactions including account payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
2. Preparing budget report and forecast revenue.
3. Preparing Accounting and Financial report.
4. Monitoring the daily performance of accounting department.
5. Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
6. Organize financial and maintain update records.
7. Ensure the aging payable & receivable in accordance with the companies targets.
8. Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company target.
9. Experience to develop ERP.

Memproses dan mengelola laporan keuangan :

1. Memeriksa surat jalan & faktur terkait penagihan

2. Memberikan surat jalan dan faktur terkait penagihan kepada inkaso

3. Melakukan Cash Opname bersama kasih dan collector

4. Memeriksa bukti transaksi dari kasir

5. Mencatat semua transaksi biaya (keluar dan masuk) kedalam jurnal akunting

6. Menyusun laporan neraca

7. Menyusun laporan laba rugi

8. Menutup rekening / tutup buku (bulanan/tahunan)

9. Menyusun neraca modal setelah penutupan buku

10. Melaporkan kepada SPV terkait laporan keuangan

Membuat laporan pajak :

1. Menganalisis kewajiban perpajakan perusahaan (hal apa saja yang perlu di laporkan)

2. Menghitung pph21 sesuai dengan payroll perusahaan

3. Menyiapkan keperluan administrasi surat menyurat dengan kantor pajak

4. Penerbitan laporan keuangan terdiri atas laporan laba rugi, laporan neraca

5. Melakukan perhitungan, pembayaran, dan pelaporan seperti SPT bulanan pph, SPT bulanan ppn, SPT Tahunan)

6. Melakukan perencanaan pajak sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan

7. Melaporkan laporan pajak kepada SPV

- Maintain financial reports, and general ledger accounts.

- Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions.

- Manage the implementation of monthly Stock Opname (raw material, asset) in Head Office, Central Kitchen (Production) and All Outlet Remboelan.

- Monitor and review the inventory related movement.

- Organize and update financial documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor accounting data and financial statements
• Ensuring adherence with accounting and tax principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Together with the team to ensure a clean and timely month end closing and year-end audit.
• Ensure proper tax reconciliation and tax reporting
• Prepare and monitor cashflow and working capital
• Ensuring adherence with group policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Having Tax Brevet A&B preferable
• Good knowledge of Tax law, tax compliance, tax reconciliation and tax filing
• Good knowledge of Indonesia Accounting Principal
• Detailed oriented, hands-on attitude and able to work as a team
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge on SAP is preferable
• Proficiency in English

3. Menyediakan analisis keuangan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial.
4. Membantu dalam penyusunan anggaran tahunan dan rencana keuangan.
5. Memantau pengeluaran dan pendapatan untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan anggaran.
6. Menyediakan laporan dan analisis terkait anggaran kepada manajemen.
7. Menyediakan dokumentasi dan dukungan untuk audit internal dan eksternal.
8. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perpajakan dan kebijakan akuntansi yang berlaku.
9. Mengelola pelaporan pajak dan memastikan pelaporan yang akurat dan tepat waktu.

- Update financial records, including journal entries and ledger reconciliations.

- Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions, collaborating with other departments to ensure accuracy.

- Executing journal data input within the business process.

- Generate timely and accurate financial reports to support decision-making processes.

- Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

- Having experience as Accounting Staff in minimum of 3 years.

- Familiarity with Journal, Tax, and Inventory processes.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.

- Agile, Detail-oriented and organized.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
