WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
• Maintain the existing customer contract and gain new business within the Industrial Project & Energy Sector
• Response to customer RFQ / inquiry timely
• Ensuring the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Coordinate with Project Solution and Project Managers to execute project smoothly and achieve given target both operationally and commercially
• Manage the commercial team members to achieve the commercial goal(s) and objective(s)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics company in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural MNC environment, experience to handle Oil & Gas clients are preferrable

• Meticulous with strong analytical & Problem-Solving Skills, Negotiation, Diplomacy & Excellent team working skills
• Strong communication skills, Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English.
• Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi tasks
• Supply Chain, Logistics, International freight forwarding, Customs clearance business process understanding.

• Liaise and maintain good relationships with clients, become the main door of information from clients.
• Identify client's goals and create social media strategy to achieve it. This includes developing campaigns, setting objectives, timeline, identifying target audiences, selecting platforms, creative, copywriting, and content.
• Track and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive results.
• Work with internal teams in a collaborative manner to execute account specific strategies and also to ensure smooth onboarding of the customer
• Work effectively within a team setting, contributing to collaborative projects and strategies.

• 1 - 2 year experience in handling and managing clients in creative or branding agencies.
• Preferably candidate with Social Media Specialist background.
• Preferably candidates with strong connections & network.
• Good-looking candidate with a negotiation and public speaking skills.
• Preferably female with Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
