• Making journal report
• Reconcile listing
• Adjustment journal report
• Filling Journal and Listing Report
• Running Fix Assets
• Stocktake Inventory
• Making journal assessment, Corporate tax, and Reversal

• Education : Bachelor of Accounting
• Have at least a year experience as Accounting Staff
• Familiar with journal system
• Familiar with google workspace
• Placement : Head Office (South Quarter), Jakarta Selatan

• Make sure all financial report accurate
• Perform procedure and system of finance and accounting
• Responsible in company accounting needs
• Perform control over the use of budget
• Liaising with internal, external, tax auditor and any other related parties

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, with minimum GPA 3.00
• Having minimum 2 years experience in the managerial position
• Have experience and familiar with SAP system
• Good knowledge of tax regulation and tax planning
• Pro-active, detailed oriented, innovative, good problem solving skills
• Strong leadership, able to work independently under minimum supervision
• High determination to achieve the target and meet the deadlines
• Fluent in English

• Prepare selected work paper on timely manner and with department’s quality standard.
• Maintain audit department’s policy and procedure for audit quality assurance.
• Conduct audit test work for the audit objectives identified, and prepare work paper.
• Perform all field work in competent and professional manner.
• Provide evidential support for all report recommendation.
• Assist Senior in preparing accurate and concise audit report to the management.
• Assist Senior in monitoring the audit budget and realization to meet the deadline.
• To exercise discretion in the review of records to ensure confidentiality.

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with min IPK 3.0 majoring in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 1 year experience in audit field.
• Experienced in handling hospitality client and SAP accounting software is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in internal controls, observations and giving recommendations for business process and control issues as well as its operations
• Having a strong logic, analysis, problem solving skills, initiative, team work, strong sense of responsibility, and integrity.
• Advanced knowledge of risks, controls, accounting and / or information technology operations.
• Having a good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer Literate. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, Power Point)5. Proficiency in verbal and written English

• Being in-charge for audit engagement
• Manage audit fieldwork according to Department's Standard.
• Prepare audit plans, audit procedure/program, risk analysis, monitoring audit progress together with Manager or Assistant
• Perform checking on compliance to SOP and test of operating effectiveness of internal control.
• Perform substantive testing or test of details and analytical procedure
• Prepare audit working paper in complete, systematic and timely manner according to Department's Standard
• Review subordinates working paper. Perform coaching, training for team members
• Prepare Deficiency Matrix. Communicate and discuss audit findings and recommendation with clients

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with min IPK 3.0 majoring in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 2 year experience in audit field
• Experienced in handling hospitality client and SAP accounting software is an advantage
