Creating to closing a business opportunity includes analyzing the client's business operations and goals, and determining the best way to meet their needs in a timely and satisfactory manner. Being an Account Manager also means to develop an ongoing business relationship with our customers’ managers, or supervisors through all stages: pre-sales, during implementation, and maintenance to keep them satisfied. Account Manager shall also help in resolving any issues that might occur during the project and support there after.

MidPlaza Holding is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant Manager to support our finance team. The successful candidate will assist the Accounting Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining the organization's accounting controls. This role is crucial in managing financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in ensuring that financial reports have been presented according to procedures by checking daily, monthly, and annual recordings.
• Assisting in financial management for the payment and receipt of funds and financial allocation by conducting checks and reviews for daily, monthly, and annual transactions.
• Assisting in ensuring that all taxation has been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations for monthly and annual reporting and payments

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics, majoring in Accounting, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Knowledge of taxation (Minimum Brevet A & B).
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Experience working in a Public Accounting Firm is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP systems is preferred.
• Willing to be placed anywhere within the Midplaza Group.

• Being in-charge for audit engagement
• Manage audit fieldwork according to Department's Standard.
• Prepare audit plans, audit procedure/program, risk analysis, monitoring audit progress together with Manager or Assistant
• Perform checking on compliance to SOP and test of operating effectiveness of internal control.
• Perform substantive testing or test of details and analytical procedure
• Prepare audit working paper in complete, systematic and timely manner according to Department's Standard
• Review subordinates working paper
• Perform coaching, training for team members
• Prepare Deficiency Matrix.
• Communicate and discuss audit findings and recommendation with clients

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with min IPK 3.0 majoring in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 2 year experience in audit field
• Experienced in handling hospitality client and SAP accounting software is an advantage
• Relevant experience in internal controls, observations and giving recommendations for business process and control issues as well as its operations
• Lead engagement team, review working papers & give feedback to subordinates
• Having a strong logic, analysis, problem solving skills, initiative, team work, strong sense of responsibility, and integrity
• Advanced knowledge of risks, controls, accounting and / or information technology operations
