You will be responsible for end-to-end audit process on the branches / representative offices.

• Validate consumer data related to the customer acquisition process to determine any indications of irregularities / anomalies
• Conduct field checks on the consumer acquisition, application, and collection processes carried out by branch staffs according to Field Audit procedures in order to minimize deviations in business procedures and find potentials of frauds.
• Conduct field checks on third parties related to the business process.
• Collect the truth of information and supporting evidence to strengthen findings in the field and ensure all chronological sequences of events so that all parties involved can know and recommend any sanctions for irregularities that occur.
• Conduct re-checks in the field on reports from Internal parties to ensure that all work procedures have been carried out properly and correctly.
• Follow up on information obtained from internal or external parties regarding incorrect work processes.
• Account for all findings/validation results independently and professionally.

- Maintain financial reports, and general ledger accounts.

- Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions.

- Manage the implementation of monthly Stock Opname (raw material, asset) in Head Office, Central Kitchen (Production) and All Outlet Remboelan.

- Monitor and review the inventory related movement.

- Organize and update financial documentation.

• Manage the company's accounts payable to ensure all payments are made accurately and on time.
• Review and verify documents such as settlement CAs, invoices with all supporting documentation, etc.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Assist in the month-end close process by preparing necessary journal entries and account reconciliations for items such as cash advances, settlements, reimbursements, etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to accounts payable.
• Prepare reports for the closing process and reconcile them with the Trial Balance.
• Manage and maintain organized filing of any documents related to payment transactions.

• Bachelor Degree in Economic, Accounting with min GPA 3.00
• Minimum 1 year work experience in the similar role, preferably in the financial services especially in lending industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and understanding of taxation is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication abilities with other departments.

- Update financial records, including journal entries and ledger reconciliations.

- Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions, collaborating with other departments to ensure accuracy.

- Executing journal data input within the business process.

- Generate timely and accurate financial reports to support decision-making processes.

- Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

- Having experience as Accounting Staff in minimum of 3 years.

- Familiarity with Journal, Tax, and Inventory processes.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with min IPK 3.0 majoring in Accounting/Finance.
