Job Description :

1. Overseeing daily transactions including account payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
2. Preparing budget report and forecast revenue.
3. Preparing Accounting and Financial report.
4. Monitoring the daily performance of accounting department.
5. Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
6. Organize financial and maintain update records.
7. Ensure the aging payable & receivable in accordance with the companies targets.
8. Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company target.
9. Experience to develop ERP.

• Identify and implement the efficient and effective processes and systems to ensure statutory requirements are achieved to support the strategic objectives of the company and to ensure the compliance to Indonesian GAAP and Company’s accounting policy.
• Perform the day to day areas of cost accounting, journaling Account Payable of subsidiary company and Chandra Asri to ensure the completeness of related documents, cash advance and related transactions.
• Perform the financial and statutory reporting deadline, specifically managing the financial and statutory accounting function, to ensure the compliance to the Indonesian GAAP and Company’s accounting policy.
• Develop report of cost accounting to the Cost Accounting Supervisor, Cost Accounting Section Manager to ensure all related activities are well-documented.

Memproses dan mengelola laporan keuangan :

1. Memeriksa surat jalan & faktur terkait penagihan

2. Memberikan surat jalan dan faktur terkait penagihan kepada inkaso

3. Melakukan Cash Opname bersama kasih dan collector

4. Memeriksa bukti transaksi dari kasir

5. Mencatat semua transaksi biaya (keluar dan masuk) kedalam jurnal akunting

6. Menyusun laporan neraca

7. Menyusun laporan laba rugi

8. Menutup rekening / tutup buku (bulanan/tahunan)

9. Menyusun neraca modal setelah penutupan buku

10. Melaporkan kepada SPV terkait laporan keuangan

Membuat laporan pajak :

1. Menganalisis kewajiban perpajakan perusahaan (hal apa saja yang perlu di laporkan)

2. Menghitung pph21 sesuai dengan payroll perusahaan

3. Menyiapkan keperluan administrasi surat menyurat dengan kantor pajak

4. Penerbitan laporan keuangan terdiri atas laporan laba rugi, laporan neraca

5. Melakukan perhitungan, pembayaran, dan pelaporan seperti SPT bulanan pph, SPT bulanan ppn, SPT Tahunan)

6. Melakukan perencanaan pajak sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan

7. Melaporkan laporan pajak kepada SPV

Responsibilities:

-       Able to handle full set report in accounting (AP, AR, Bank, GL, Inventory)

-       Understand Indonesia taxes regulation (Income Tax)

-       Able to operate tax system e-spt is a plus

-       Able  to prepare cash flow and cash forecast

-       Understand Bank Indonesia reports

-       Having high anthusiasm for learning

-       Able to work in team

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
