Supervisor Accounting

Kami dari PT. Isotekindo Intertama, sister company dari PT. Elo Karsa Utama (EKU) yang bergerak di bidang distributor Alat Kesehatan saat ini sedang membuka kesempatan berkarir untuk orang orang potensial dan professional untuk mengisi posisi sebagai Supervisor Accounting & Tax.

Kualifikasi

·          Sarjana Akuntansi atau Pajak.

·          Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Pajak (lebih disukai di Konsultan Pajak) dengan level supervisi.

·          Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang aplikasi Pajak (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Butpot, Coretax) dan regulasi Pajak.

·          Memiliki Brevet A, B, & C.

·          Kemampuan untuk menangani kegiatan kepatuhan pajak tahunan dan bulanan.

·          Memahami proses audit pajak dan litigasi pajak.

·          Kemampuan analisis yang baik,

·          pemikir logis, dan pemecah masalah.

·          Menguasai Ms. Excel, Word, dan perangkat lunak akuntansi (Accurate) ·       Fasih berbahasa

·          Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.

·          Penempatan di Kantor Pusat Jakarta. 

Tanggung Jawab

·          Menangani semua operasi pajak, kepatuhan, perencanaan, dan aktivitas pelaporan.

·          Memantau & mengontrol PPN bulanan serta mengontrol pengembalian pajak bulanan dan

·          tahunan.

·          Memantau Aset Tetap dan Pelaporan Pajak.

·          Menyiapkan Data/Dokumen Pendukung untuk Audit Pajak, Keberatan Pajak & Banding Pajak.

·          Menyediakan perencanaan pajak yang inovatif dan meninjau pengembalian pajak penghasilan

·          yang kompleks.

·          Mengikuti perkembangan terkini dalam undang-undang pajak, regulasi, dan praktik terbaik

·          industri, serta memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada tim sesuai kebutuhan.

·          Mengidentifikasi peluang untuk perbaikan proses, otomatisasi, dan optimasi biaya dalam fungsi

·          pajak.

·          Mengawasi tugas-tugas terkait Kepatuhan Pajak.

The Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate & timely financial reporting, and maintaining effective accounting systems and controls. This role includes managing financial transactions, journal entries, reconciliations, financial and management reporting, taxation, procedural development, corporate projects, and budget & forecast preparation. The Manager will also review operational contracts and liaise with internal and external parties.

Job Function:

1. Financial Transaction Review:

• Verify transactions, invoices, bank entries, and fixed assets for compliance and accuracy.

• Review and post journal entries promptly, ensuring compliance with standards.

• Regularly reconcile bank statements and ledgers for accuracy.

• Prepare and review financial and management reports with strategic insights.

• Oversee tax activities, ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Implement finance procedures to strengthen systems and controls.

• Provide financial support for corporate projects, aligning with standards.

• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, monitor performance, and analyze variances.

• Analyze contracts for favorable terms and compliance.

• Facilitate communication between finance and stakeholders to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification preferred. (min GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university)
• Significant experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 1 year in a managerial position in Hotel or Hospitality Industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English proficiency both oral and written
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to operate an Accounting System. Having experience with SAP Systems will be an advantage.
• Able to travel based on the needs of the company to other business units.

About the role

As our Senior Accounting Specialist, you will get a chance to handle the financial record, reconcile the data and maintain supporting documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all accounting records have been recorded correctly and in timely manner
• Maintain monthly closing and regular reporting on time 
• Maintain all supporting documents, including to support audit process
• Assist Lead to align with business/product team to set accounting entries for new product
• Monitoring audit and accounting issues

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 3-4  years of accounting experience in Fintech Industry (Off Balance Sheet would be plus)
• Able to manage monthly closing and reporting 
• Has experience of project new  system migration 
• Familiar with Accounting Principles and Journaling
• Proficiency in Excel, Data Analysis  or Spreadsheet
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members and external division
