- Maintain financial reports, and general ledger accounts.

- Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions.

- Manage the implementation of monthly Stock Opname (raw material, asset) in Head Office, Central Kitchen (Production) and All Outlet Remboelan.

- Monitor and review the inventory related movement.

- Organize and update financial documentation.

• Responsible for assisting all monthly postings and month-end tasks to ensure the completeness and accuracy of general ledger, compliance with IFRS.

• Oversee and manage the preparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve outstanding issues on monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

• Oversee and manage the overall financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting.

• Develop and manage an end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping system for financial reports and tax reports.

• Establish / Develop the proper accounting methods, policies, and principles complies with accounting and tax standards.

• Coordinate and complete annual audits.

• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

• Provide leadership and mentoring to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

What you will do but not limited to:

• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and financial reports 
• Handle all payment invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable 
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts 
• Assist in preparing financial analyses and forecasts 
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes 
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and analysis 

• Assist in tax planning and compliance 
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting 
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial concepts 
• Familiarity with accounting software and systems 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills 
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications 
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
