Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee the management of clients' tax obligations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Withholding Taxes (Articles 21/23/25), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of clients' tax reports.
• Assist clients in resolving tax-related issues, including tax audits, disputes, or appeals.
• Prepare clients' financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK or IFRS).
• Perform financial reconciliations to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Guide and supervise the performance of junior accounting staff within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for the team on the latest tax regulations and accounting practices.
• Review changes in tax regulations and develop relevant internal policies.

Persyaratan :

1. S1 Akuntansi/Pajak

2. Meliliki pengalaman kerja 3-4 tahun dibagian Pajak

3. Memahami dengan baik mengenai e-SPT, e-Faktur, Web faktur, e-Nofa, dan DJP Online

4. Memahami mengenai Akuntansi dan sistem

5. Mengusai Ms. Office & Excel

6. Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik

7. Dapat bergabung secepatnya

8. Jujur, Teliti, Bertanggung Jawab, dan dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan

• Prepare daily payment to supplier in line with SOP and payment schedule
• Prepare journal entries and assist monthly close process
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation
• Prepare documentation for audit process
• Fixed Asset monitoring

What You'll Do:

• Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
• Help with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Participate in audits and other financial analysis tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software (a plus).
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
