- Manage exim documentation, and records with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Input data into the exim system, maintaining an up-to-date and organized database.
- Ensure all exim processes follow internal and external regulatory requirements.

Customer / IC Service & Support:
- Provide timely updates on order status and address any issues proactively.

Sample Delivery Support:
- Coordinate and manage sample deliveries to the R&D team, ensuring accurate tracking and timely shipment.
- Ensure that sample deliveries align with development timelines and R&D requirements.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Support the preparation of exim reports for internal management review.
- Assist in data analysis related to exim processes and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update exim-related catalogs and databases as required.
