Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Secretary to Director (Mandarin Translator) at PT. Fantasi Anekagelas Internasional in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves providing translation services, assisting the Director in administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and managing communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English languages
• Proven experience in translation and interpretation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in office software
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities

• As personal assistant and Chinese translator.
• Min bachelor degree from any major or Academy Secretary
• Experience min 3-4 years in similar position
• Mature, independent, self motivated, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Fluent in English both oral and written, good communication and interpersonal skill
• Support administrative task & correspondences.
• Ready and willing participate in all management activities.
• Assist meetings translation in verbal and written (Indonesia, Mandarin).

• Male / Female.
• Max age 23 years old.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree graduate from a reputable university.
• Can carry out general administrative activities, such as employee attendance and overtime.
• Carry out the process of downloading customer orders and uploading orders internal and customers.Input customer delivery data, service part, and regular delivery notes.
• Conduct daily delivery summary and understand administration.
• Can master Microsoft Office, preferably able to Ms. Excel.
• Willing to be placed in MM2100 Industrial Estate – Bekasi.

• S1 - Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 1 year minimum experience as PPIC Administrator

• Advanced in Ms. Office (Excel, word, Powerpoint)
