Embedded Lending needs admin to handle all partners’ documentation, pre-review NDAs, Agreements before submitted to legal team 

Responsibilities:

• Pre-review NDA/Agreements of Partnership Lending Sales Team before submitted to legal team 
• Actively coordinating with other departments to process Sales Team’s agreement signing
• Create filing system for Sales Team’s agreement documents 
• Assisting sales team to create and update records of loan booking, disbursement, etc 
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, operations) to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives

• Bachelor degree of law 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 
• Experience as sales admin will be a plus 
• Good financial knowledge
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Collaborate closely with a more senior member of the research team to support the review of reports.
• Act as a valuable sounding board for fellow researchers throughout the project.
• Participate actively alongside researchers in discussions with other teams while prioritizing accurate documentation (e.g., note taking, screen recording).
• Assist in organizing logistics for outreach research fieldwork sessions.
• Ensure strict adherence to project compliance requirements, including incentive management and project documentation.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a writer or in the research industry is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Graduation from English literature or humanities is a plus.
• Must possess a high level of diligence, attention to detail, and quick response time.
• Ability to work remotely with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to take initiative and deliver results.
• Excitement for a fast-paced working environment and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
