• Membuat jadwal Pasang dan Service untuk teknisi
• Melakukan follow up kepada konsumen

• Melakukan Stok Opname Material 

- Support sales project / inquiry

- Melakukan proses administrasi seperti membuat quotation, Sales Order (SO), dan Delivery Order (DO)

- Mengawasi dan mengecek secara berkala stock produk

- Mengawasi dan memastikan proses pengiriman produk ke customer tepat waktu

- Membantu pembuatan manual book

- Membantu Admin Project SAP.

- Membantu pembuatan Flowchart

- Membantu admin pembuatan Blueprint

- Membantu admin pembuatan documents End to End Business Process

- Membantu Admin & Monitoring e-Service SAP (Ticketing)

- Analisa dan dibutuhkan skill technical dari background IT/SI

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Membuat penawaran harga sesuai permintaan dari team sales
• Membuat database customer yang diberikan oleh team sales
• Membantu segala kebutuhan team sales untuk tercapainya target penjualan
• Berkoordinasi dengan bagian produksi mengenai proses pengerjaan produk yang di pesan oleh customer
• Berkoordinasi dengan bagian pengiriman mengenai proses pengiriman produk yang dipesan oleh customer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

·        Melakukan Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Barang

·        Memastikan Semua Barang ditempel label sebelum di bawa ke Area

·        Inventarisasi dan Audit Stock Barang

·        Membuat Laporan dan Dokumentasi

·        Koordinasi dengan antar bagian dan menjaga komunikasi yang baik

Bertanggung jawab untuk membuat, memeriksa, dan menerbitkan faktur pajak keluaran, pajak masukan dan pajak retur serta kelola administrasi yg berkenaan dengan pajak

Procurement Management:

• Source and procure commodities in line with company policies and procedures.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and requisitions.

Supplier Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments.

Inventory Control:

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet production and operational needs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage the storage and distribution of commodities.
• Implement inventory management best practices to minimize waste and reduce costs.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the commodity markets.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact commodity prices and availability.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Cost Optimization:

• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in the procurement process.
• Analyze and report on cost variances and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities and transactions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement and inventory metrics.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with production, operations, and sales teams to align procurement activities with business needs.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

• S1 - Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 1 year minimum experience as PPIC Administrator
• Understand FIFO and FEFO system
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and systems
• Proficiency in data entry
• Advanced in Ms. Office (Excel, word, Powerpoint)
• Willing to be placed in cilegon - Banten
