• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase hotel revenue, including room sales, meeting packages, events, and catering services.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of sales plans, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and market trends.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets as set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports and forecasts as required by management.

Primarily develop and analyze administrative matter in team internal and eksternal.

• S1 - Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 1 year minimum experience as PPIC Administrator
• Understand FIFO and FEFO system
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and systems
• Proficiency in data entry
• Advanced in Ms. Office (Excel, word, Powerpoint)
