Description of Duties:

• The candidate will assist the department as it transitions to a stronger proactive onboarding process, including utilization of the stores
• Assist team in developing content and participate in maintaining visual merchandising assets & projects
• Oversee projects from pre-building to post-building
• Assisting on the field to support store building and other incoming tasks
  

You do not need to be an expert but rather have a thirst for learning about VM Operations & best practices.

You'll be perfect for this program if you:

• Willing to work in the field to support store building
• Open to bachelor's degree candidates in Architecture or related background and relevant project experience.
• You are a curious person who does not fit in a box and is interested in learning and applying marketing behind store building.
• Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks
• Ability to be flexible with incoming tasks
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and can work in a team
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/ Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw, SketchUp. Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, and VRay rendering is an advantage

• Design, layout, producing marketing collateral for both offline and online.
• Manage social marketing assets (FB & IG) through consistent posting of engaging content.
• Oversee the managing entire print processes, which include negotiating and competitive bidding.
• Assist with the arrangement ecommerce including marketplace, website and specific designing of posters, cards and displays.
• Deliver visual content and UI elements base on the product/business requirements.
• Provide custom assets editing for national ad, social ads campaigns and materials.
• Responsible for continuously maintaining the company's brand aesthetics, internally and externally
• Provide visual with clear & concise communications to the audience with brand DNA values

• Experience designing digital products at scale (esp. B2B / marketplaces, offline, in-mall ads)
• Good knowledge of User Experience principles
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premier (or any other design tools)
• Proficiency in GIF/ Video Editing is added advantage
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, both individually and as a team.
• Strong attention to detail, fast learner, and committed to accomplishing goals
• Retail background or have worked in companies with retail counters in department stores will be an advantage
• Good at problem-solving, quick to respond and able to work outside when needs

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:

• To support graphic designing on e-commerce key marketplaces, eg Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.
• To assist in developing and executing all digital visual promo materials online
• To assist in creating still images, GIFs, and video artwork for marketing purposes
• Any ad-hoc assignment as and when needed

You will be provided sufficient guidance and support in order to be able to do the above.

• Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Degree
• Can commit to at least 3 - 6 months of full-time work
• Have a proven track record
• Love luxury, technology & digital experience
• Are passionate, positive & collaborative
• Love working and contributing in a fast-paced environment
• Open to showcase your experience on social media with current & future interns
• Creative and have a good skill in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premier (or any other design tools)
• Proficiency in GIF/ Video Editing is an added advantage
• Good communication and coordination among team members
