Remuneration:

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team designers.
- Lead project communication, liaising with design, clients, construction, supplier, and contractors’ teams.
- Oversee design and creativity on projects from concept design and space planning to development and presentation.
- Produce concept work using hand sketches and a variety of digital and traditional media.
- Produce and check drawing packages for schematic and detail design stages.
- Attend client meetings independently or with project leader support, contributing to client presentations.
- Source reference material and conduct research to ensure materials and products are fit for purpose.
- Contribute to business development, pitches, proposal writing, and presentations.
- Participate in pitching sales and presentations to potential clients.
- Participate in site measurement, layout planning, and material selection.
- Ensure successful delivery and completion of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- At least 10 years of experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team.
