RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline plant operations and reduce costs so as to support the company’s ability to compete.
Screening, recruiting and training factory workers in accordance with the standards set by the company.
Ensure the implementation of quality supervision, by directing quality control officers to perform their responsibilities.
Ensure that every tool and machine is in good condition to support the running of the production process and the achievement of optimal production results.
Directing the PPIC Manager to prepare planning and making pre-production documents as a basis for implementing the production process properly and correctly.
Planning the procurement of materials and production materials accurately and efficiently, so that they are available on time as needed.
Conduct periodic evaluations of material and spare parts stocks to be able to determine the right use strategy and reduce excessive stock.
Perform value engineering to find production and construction systems, as well as the use of the right materials to get optimal results at an efficient cost.
Ensure that PPIC conducts accurate and neat inventory control and periodically carries out stock-taking with the accounting department and is responsible for the results.
Ensure the maintenance of machinery, tools and facilities both office and building is carried out properly.
Motivate all factory employees to have a good work ethic for mutual progress.
Maintain good relations and coordination between parts of the factory organization.
Instill an understanding of cultural values, mission and vision of the company to all factory personnel and apply them in daily work activities.
