During this 6 months internship you will have the opportunities:

• To learn and support plan, execution, and pivot growth experiments on online re-commerce business especially in direct to customer sales strategies
• Be responsible for the daily updates of business performances tracker
• Measure and analyze performances of business funnel and other tracker to help business team to have a full view on business performance
• Working closely with Product team to assist on going or future product development needed based on each business units needs and learnings
• Working with the different teams from product, marketing, customer support, legal, finance sales and operation

1. Create regular video optimization/analyzation based on Artist’s content
2. Regularly check artist’s videos description in intranet (Official Music Video and Official Lyric Video)
3. Support the Optimization Video in Youtube Channel
4. Insert the right tagline, keywords, hashtag locally that matched with artists positioning in their YT Channel that can affect of increasing of number of viewers
5. Weekly report of Artist’s Youtube Channel
6. Weekly report of Artist’s Tiktok and UGCs content

Description of Duties:

• The candidate will assist the department as it transitions to a stronger proactive onboarding process, including utilization of the stores
• Assist team in developing content and participate in maintaining visual merchandising assets & projects
• Oversee projects from pre-building to post-building
• Assisting on the field to support store building and other incoming tasks
  

You do not need to be an expert but rather have a thirst for learning about VM Operations & best practices.

You'll be perfect for this program if you:

• Willing to work in the field to support store building
• Open to bachelor's degree candidates in Architecture or related background and relevant project experience.
• You are a curious person who does not fit in a box and is interested in learning and applying marketing behind store building.
• Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks
• Ability to be flexible with incoming tasks
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and can work in a team
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/ Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw, SketchUp. Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, and VRay rendering is an advantage

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:

• To support graphic designing on e-commerce key marketplaces, eg Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.
• To assist in developing and executing all digital visual promo materials online
• To assist in creating still images, GIFs, and video artwork for marketing purposes
• Any ad-hoc assignment as and when needed

You will be provided sufficient guidance and support in order to be able to do the above.

You'll be perfect for this program if you:

• Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Degree
• Can commit to at least 3 - 6 months of full-time work
• Have a proven track record
• Love luxury, technology & digital experience
• Are passionate, positive & collaborative
