- Implement these changes effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders understand and concur with the adjustments made.
- Final Inspection and Completion
- Oversee that all aspects of interior finishing—such as painting, furniture installation, and other decorative elements—are executed with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct a comprehensive final inspection to verify the absence of defects or imperfections prior to the formal handover of project deliverables to the client.
- Educational Background: Graduated with a degree in Interior Design from an accredited university.
- Professional Experience: Possesses a minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting and contracting, particularly in hotel and commercial projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrates a strong command of software applications, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Project.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Work Environment Adaptability: Capable of working effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility in Relocation: Willing to be assigned to locations outside of the city for specified durations as required by project demands.
