Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

a.     Menggambar Desain dan Gambar Kerja

b.     Menghitung bahan

c.      Sinkronisasi gambar dengan kondisi nyata

d.     Bekerja sama dengan tim profesional lain seperti insinyur bangunan, manajer konstruksi, atau surveyor

e.     Melaksanakan pengawasan pekerjaan di lapangan, sehingga tetap terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan rencana kerja.

f.       Menampung segala persoalan di lapangan dan menyampaikannya kepada pemimpin proyek.

g.      Membantu survey dan mengumpulkan data di lapangan.

h.     Menjaga hubungan baik dengan instasi serta masyarakat setempat yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan..

i.       Melakukan pengawasan berkala

j.       Membuat Laporan Pekerjaan

k.      Pekerjaan Lain yang diperintahkan oleh Atasan berkaitan dengan Job Desk ini

1. Menyiapkan segala material untuk diimpretasikan kedalam bentuk visual
2. Membuat rencana dan konsep dari segala informasi dan material yang diberikan oleh divisi marketing
3. Menciptakan desain yang informatif dan komunikatif
4. Membantu perusahaan dalam menciptakan dan mengembangkan produk baru
5. Menyesuaikanjenis dan bentuk desain sesuai dengan kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen
6. Mengikuti dan memahami tren terbaru, khususnya di dunia desain yang berkaitan dengan penjualan, komersial dan pemasaran
7. Menyelesaikan proyek dan mengkoordinasikannya dengan pihak luar seperti percetakan, dan lain-lain

• Managing end to end development projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, and objectives.
• Responsible for Technical Aspects and Artwork Development.
• Involving in regular meeting with Customer for development progress update  and or technical inputs.
• Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional dept, including sales, planning, and production.
• Liaising with suppliers to oversee the raw materials.
• Validating and monitoring tooling ordering from suppliers.
• Ensuring that New Product Implementation meets the defined regulation and customer requirements.
• Organizing and maintaining records of packaging specification, project documentation, and design files for future reference.
• Assisting Proof with or without Customer presence.
• Defining standard to be provide in Technical Data Sheets and Color Range Book.
• Actively involve in Tender Calculation in giving technical inputs.
• Conducting New Product Briefing as a primary guidance to execute the projects

You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the clients.

The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.

• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
• Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
• Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
• Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
• Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
