Redcomm Indonesia, a leading advertising agency, is seeking an experienced and creative Art Director to join our dynamic team. As the Art Director, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing visual designs and strategies that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages. You will collaborate with our creative team, including copywriters, graphic designers, and marketing strategists, to develop innovative and impactful advertising campaigns across various media platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the overall artistic direction and visual elements of advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, and other team members to develop creative concepts and designs
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure innovative and effective visual communication
• Create and present storyboards, mood boards, and other visual aids to demonstrate creative concepts to clients
• Direct and oversee photoshoots, video shoots, and editing processes to ensure high-quality and impactful final products
• Provide creative guidance and feedback to the creative team throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure all creative deliverables meet the clients' objectives and brand guidelines

• Bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role within an advertising agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative visual designs
• In-depth knowledge of visual communication principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation abilities

What you will be doing:

• Work in conjunction with business presales and sales execs to define state of the art payment processing architectures.

• Build and present customized demonstrations of the Payment solution.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the customers Architecture, resiliency, RPO, RTO requirements within the specific payment context.

• Liaison with other departments (e.g. Product Management, Architecture, Implementation, Marketing, Development) to create a virtual account team.

• Work with the sales execs to develop and maintain a long-term strategic Account Development Plan

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise level, application software architecture with proven experience in Cloud or Payments

• Prior experience developing proposals, demos and presentations for customers

• Ideal candidate would have experience in enterprise payments architecture, building payments solutions or FI payment operations

• Able to present technical, architecture and resilience concepts in clear manner to customers through demos and proposals

• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills using the MS Office suite (emails, documents, presentations), with rigorous attention to detail

• Strong presentation skills and public speaking

• Excellent problem solving skills; ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets

• Experience in Wholesale Payment Systems and how banks use Wholesale Payment Systems

• Experience with Cloud providers AWS or Azure

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and technology

• Toolset/Technology Skills
