Job description:

· Carry out product structure design according to project planning

· Test and verify new products and Improve product structure

· 3D modeling design based on product technical requirements

· Produce 2D engineering drawings based on 3D modeling and process requirements

· Provide product mold opening 3D drawings and technical requirements to the mold department

· Make new product prototypes and verify product functions

· Work with the mold department to conduct design reviews before mold opening and follow up on the mold opening progress

· Lead and guide assistant engineers and technicians in making EVT samples and follow up on test results

· Lead the production of DVT samples and follow up on DVT test progress and results

· Responsible for assisting in solving various product design problems discovered during mass production

· Create project plans and implement them

· Lead the structural design of the project and have the main responsibility for the structural design

• Managing end to end development projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, and objectives.
• Responsible for Technical Aspects and Artwork Development.
• Involving in regular meeting with Customer for development progress update  and or technical inputs.
• Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional dept, including sales, planning, and production.
• Liaising with suppliers to oversee the raw materials.
• Validating and monitoring tooling ordering from suppliers.
• Ensuring that New Product Implementation meets the defined regulation and customer requirements.
• Organizing and maintaining records of packaging specification, project documentation, and design files for future reference.
• Assisting Proof with or without Customer presence.
• Defining standard to be provide in Technical Data Sheets and Color Range Book.
• Actively involve in Tender Calculation in giving technical inputs.
• Conducting New Product Briefing as a primary guidance to execute the projects

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline plant operations and reduce costs so as to support the company’s ability to compete.
2. Screening, recruiting and training factory workers in accordance with the standards set by the company.
3. Ensure the implementation of quality supervision, by directing quality control officers to perform their responsibilities.
4. Ensure that every tool and machine is in good condition to support the running of the production process and the achievement of optimal production results.
5. Directing the PPIC Manager to prepare planning and making pre-production documents as a basis for implementing the production process properly and correctly.
6. Planning the procurement of materials and production materials accurately and efficiently, so that they are available on time as needed.
7. Conduct periodic evaluations of material and spare parts stocks to be able to determine the right use strategy and reduce excessive stock.
8. Perform value engineering to find production and construction systems, as well as the use of the right materials to get optimal results at an efficient cost.
9. Ensure that PPIC conducts accurate and neat inventory control and periodically carries out stock-taking with the accounting department and is responsible for the results.
10. Ensure the maintenance of machinery, tools and facilities both office and building is carried out properly.
11. Motivate all factory employees to have a good work ethic for mutual progress.
12. Maintain good relations and coordination between parts of the factory organization.
13. Instill an understanding of cultural values, mission and vision of the company to all factory personnel and apply them in daily work activities.
