We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the clients.

The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.

• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
• Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
• Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
• Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
• Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

• Has at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Has minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design development, construction documentation, and detailing on a wide variety of project types.
• Competent Revit user with proven experience from previous projects
• Has knowledge of architectural design and knows the basics of architectural drawing set production and 3D coordination
• Possesses excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both written & verbal

Requirements:

• Candidate possess at least Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years experience in Architecture industry
• Competent Revit Architecture user (please update your "Skills" & "About Me" section to include this) – non user will not be considered
• Able to speak and write in English
• Rendering skill is a plus

• Memiliki pengetahuan Memahami gambar, dokumen, dan material arsitektur proyek
• Melakukan pemeriksaan materi design (gambar, metode kerja / RKS, spesifikasi), 
• Melakukan pemeriksaan evaluasi hasil pekerjaan kontraktor di lapangan dari segi desain (arsitektur, interior, landscape, grafis, lighting, lalu lintas)
• Melakukan pemeriksaan alternatif material yang diajukan kontraktor

• Memiliki kemampuan Kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi serta pengetahuan tentang shopping center management
• Membantu melaksanakan persiapan event dan mendokumentasikan
• Mengawasi loading dan unloading event, memasang perlengkapan dekorasi
• Memastikan media promosi yang diperlukan dalam rangka mendukung event yang ada
• Menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga, seperti: EO, exhibitor

Tujuan Jabatan :

Membantu mengelola dan memonitor biaya pembangunan proyek untuk mendapatkan biaya yang efektif dan efisien sesuai standar kualitas yang telah ditetapkan, khususnya untuk pekerjaan struktur dan arsitektur.

Kualifikasi Persyaratan :

1. Lulus Pendidikan Strata 1 dari Program Studi Teknik Sipil atau Arsitektur.
2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di bidang Quantity Surveying terutama untuk pekerjaan struktur dan arsitektur, di perusahaan konsultan atau pengembang properti.
3. Memiliki pengetahuan tentang perancangan dan arsitektur, manajemen konstruksi, dan manajemen proyek beserta prosedur terkait.
4. Mampu merencanakan dan mengatur pekerjaan serta memimpin kelompok kerja.
5. Memiliki ketrampilan bernegosiasi dan berkomunikasi dengan matang.
6. Bekerja dengan disiplin, mandiri, perhatian terhadap detail, dan efektif dalam mencapai target.
7. Bersedia ditugaskan di area Jabodetabek.

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

1. Membantu dalam perhitungan dan memeriksa data yang dibutuhkan dalam penyusunan budget proyek.
2. Membantu mengelola pengendalian Variation Order, memeriksa VO yang diajukan oleh kontraktor serta melakukan negosiasi.
3. Menyiapkan dokumentasi tender, mengevaluasi perhitungan Bill of Quantity.
4. Meningkatkan ketepatan waktu penyelesaian proses tender dan membuat evaluasi tender.
5. Memeriksa dan mengevaluasi estimasi biaya yang diajukan oleh konsultan dan kontraktor.
6. Memantau perkembangan harga material, upah, dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan.
7. Membuat laporan progress proyek yang berkaitan dengan biaya proyek.
8. Membuat rekomendasi atas progress pekerjaan konsultan dan kontraktor.
9. Menyusun laporan secara berkala kepada Head of Quantity Surveying Department.

1. Merencanakan design dan membuat konsep media promosi yang komunikatif, baik dan menarik
2. Memastikan Media Sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, dan Web Seasons City telah di update
3. Membuat design collateral dan promo event
4. Bekerja sama dengan tim pemasaran, pengembang web, dan pihak terkait lainnya untuk memastikan desain sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan.
5. Memastikan bahwa desain memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan

Job Descriptions:

1.     Analyze requirements documentation and provide constructive feedback with detailed test estimations

2.     Perform test scoping, estimation, preparation, and execution for application enhancements and bug fixes

3.     Administer detailed test plans, progress reports, and end of test reports

4.     Liaise with product managers, team leads, and developers to accurately understand the systems and produce effective test scripts and execution plans

5.     Define test scenarios based on business requirements

6.     Debug, record, and manage defects throughout project lifecycle

7.     Ensure application/system delivered to the end-user with adequate quality

8.     Create and own a scalable testing pipeline throughout the development lifecycle
