Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications and drawings to understand MEP project scope and requirements.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for MEP cost estimation.
• Prepare cost estimates and material quantities for MEP projects.
• Analyze MEP project costs, identify areas of potential savings, and provide cost control recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain MEP project budgets, monitoring actual costs against the budget.
• Prepare bills of quantities and tender documents for MEP systems.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor quotes for MEP systems and negotiate pricing.
• Assist in the preparation of progress payments and variations for MEP systems.
• Provide support and advice to project teams on MEP cost-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to MEP cost control and estimation.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (MEP) in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction costs, materials, and methods.
• Proficient in MEP quantity surveying software, CAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

1. Bertugas melakukan survey, analisa serta pengecekan langsung terhadap kelayakan calon konsumen 
2. Menjalin hubungan baik antara perusahaan dengan konsumen ataupun calon konsumen BFI Finance
3. Menjalakan proses penawaran (repeat order) kepada konsumi BFI

Melakukan survey kelayakan konsumen untuk kontrak mobil sesuai dengan assignment yang diberikan oleh atasan serta memastikan struktur pembiayaan yang akan dipilih oleh konsumen. Memastikan kondisi kelayakan konsumen berdasarkan analisa kredit untuk dibiayai sesuai dengan prosedur dan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Ringkasan Jabatan / Pekerjaan :

Melakukan pengembangan market melalui jaringan Marketing Agent (MA) serta membangun loyalitas Marketing Agent terhadap perusahaan untuk memenuhi target sales yang diberikan perusahaan.

Hasil Akhir yg diharapkan :

Pencapaian target Sales, Marketing Agrnt Produktif dan terciptanya Branding Image perusahaan yang baik.

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

1. Mencapai target New Customer yg telah diberikan perusahaan melalui jaringan Marketing Agent dan Booking Pribadi.

2.  Melakukan pengembangan jaringan melalui Marketing Agent meliputi :

a. Melakukan Recrut Marketing Agent.

b. Meberikan Product Knowledge kepada Marketing Agent.

c. Membentuk Marketing Agent Produktif

d.Menjaga hubungan baik dg memberi support kepada Marketing Agent untuk meningjatkan loyalitas Marketing Agent.

3. Melakukan kegiatan Branding Promosi dan Direct Selling di Wilayah-wilayah sesuai dengan arahan Branch Marketing Head.

4.  Menyurvey Aplikasi dan melengkapi kekurangan aplikasi calon nasabah.

5. Membuat logbook aktivitas harian dan memberikan laporan terkait aktivitas kerja dan pencapaian target kepada Branch Marketing Head.

• Melakukan Survey terhadap calon nasabah yang mengajukan pinjaman di BFI 
• Menganalisa kelayakan calon nasabah BFI
• Melakukan Follow Up database yang di berikan dari Telesales, dan melakukan Visit terhadap konsumen RO BFI

•  Conduct home/business address survey based on pre‐set instruction from Credit Analyst Supervisor
• Visit applicant’s home address and business address (based on necessity) to verify the customer residence and business location.
• Ensure that no unnecessary information is leaked to 3rd party during visit,
• take photograph, report daily survey result.
• Make recommendation to the Credit Analyst Supervisor, based on the
• information obtained through survey.
• Doing document checking ( KTP, Omzet Estimation, Product Inventory, Kartu Keluarga, Rek Listrik, PBB, Invoice, Etc).
• Visit to Supplier for Risk Assessment
• Make daily reports.
