NIQ Customer Service team is focusing on building positive customer experiences by offering outstanding customer-centric servicing and support to uncover insights on consumer buying behavior, in a timely and consistent manner. This role drives loyalty and empowerment to enhance our customers' use of our data and tools through specialty expertise, engagement, and solutioning.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer loyalty by providing digital support and servicing to customers via NIQ Customer Service Online platform, working together with Global Customer Service Center
• Working with CSC Lead, Product Leader, and Customer Success team in building a client communication on Product Enhancement, Universe Update & Delivery Details
• Provide clear and accurate responses as well as market expertise to stakeholders
• Achieve competency in NIQ proprietary data mining platform and driving customer’s usage and adoption
• Achieve competency in Microsoft Dynamics, manage dashboards to track and analyze Key Performance Indicators
• Coordinate both local and international sales request as part of NIQ global network, driving NIQ’s bottom line across the organization
• Spearhead improvement projects to drive process optimization and uphold globally acclaimed NIQ data standards

Purpose:

The CPS Regional Commercial Associate Director will drive revenue growth from regional clients across the APAC region, meeting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and Operating Plan (OP). They will manage and expand a diverse regional client portfolio, with a strategic focus on reclaiming market share from competitors.

This crucial position also including managing the commercial aspect of CPS new initiatives in the APAC region. The responsibilities entail identifying new initiatives for sustainable business expansion, collaborating closely with the product leadership team to design and execute the new initiatives effectively, and ensure a strong Go to Market (GTM) of the new initiatives to maximize the return on investment.

The role will report to the Asia Pacific Commercial Lead, as part of the APAC CPS Senior Leadership team for NIQ. They will work closely with in market CPS commercial lead, and wider CPS team including but not limited to Product, Customer Success, Operation & Technology team. The individual also expected to lead best practices sharing as we work to improve commercial operations across APAC with the overall aim to deliver commercial excellence and overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management

• Take ownership of achieving the Operating Plan (OP) targets for regional clients and cross-country contracts which including proactively identify revenue gaps and devise plans for closing the gap - ensuring achievement of OP is always top of mind.
• Take the lead in orchestrating and delivering proposal for regional clients and cross-country contracts including managing major competitive pitches. This entails lead sales pitching and proposal presentation.
• Ensure accurate forecasting of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual OP, in collaboration with in market commercial lead.  Coordinate annual OP setting with realistic yet ambitious target.

Client Acquisition

• Devise and implement strategies focused on reclaiming market share from competitors. Working closely with Global Takeaway team to review and track takeaway opportunities from competitors.
• Actively identify new regional/cross-country clients we can target and outlining actions required to acquire the client. Work closely and influence others to secure support and investment as required.
• Monitor competitor activity to stay informed on competition landscape. This involves regularly analysing competitor strategies, product offerings, pricing tactics, and marketing campaigns.

Business Development

• Champion NIQ CPS product and service to both internal and external clients; and make sure they are exposed to our best and latest thinking, and new development in CPS i.e. Panel on Demand
• Develop brilliant and slick sales material for APAC region with strong articulation of NIQ CPS positioning and benefits.
• In collaboration with cluster/country commercial lead, encourage and empower local ADs to sell CPS by fostering a collaborative environment with the necessary tools, training, and sales resources.

New Initiatives

• Actively identify opportunities for new initiatives that can drive CPS's long-term and sustainable growth in the APAC region by understanding and addressing clients' unmet needs.
• Lead the planning and implementation of the commercial aspects of new initiatives, including but not limited to opening new panels, launching new products and services, and coordinating marketing communications and PR effort.
• Monitor, review, and ensure revenue target is achieved to maximize return on investment across all new initiatives. Work closely with the Country/Cluster Lead and in market commercial lead to align projections with actual performance.
