Community Experience Intern will focus on :
- Monitoring and activating user and community to persuade them to join our campaign.
- Oversee content development, ensuring it aligns with both client goals and audience preferences.
- Engage with Supermom's internal community and external community partner
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports highlighting key successes, insights, and recommendations.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in community activation, customer success, customer service, copywriting, ideally in an agency setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated skill in project management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and good attitude
- Ability to develop and implement persuasive content copy
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, preferably able to speak and write in English as well.
- Available to work on a freelance contract for 3 to 6 months, Onsite in Menara Sentraya Blok M, with a working arrangement from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
