● Build and maintain strong relationships with live partners, acting as the key contact for all matters related to our services.
● Proactively work to increase disbursements for live partners, ensuring that they are fully utilizing our financial technology solutions.
● Continuously monitor and enhance partner satisfaction through prompt support and effective problem-solving, driving higher levels of loyalty.
● Conduct weekly check-ins with partners to provide them with product updates, performance reports, and address any challenges they face.
● Implement and distribute monthly updates and reports to all partners, highlighting their progress and identifying opportunities for growth.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on partner goals and develop strategies to meet their needs.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will be responsible  for order processing, order follow up, product inquiries, on-time deliveries to help elevate customer satisfaction. This is a CONTRACTUAL role for 6 months.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for order processing to ensure all purchase orders are being executed promptly, customer-required delivery date/times are being met at all times.
• Sales order credit hold check, cash in advance - payment check.
• Daily email backlogs updates to customers.
• Bi-weekly indent orders updates to customers.
• Be able to provide product and quality information and excellent response to customers.
• Coordinate clearing aging inventory and slow-move inventory.
• CS support administrative tasks when needed, CS back up

Menerima tamu, memastikan tamu mendapatkan kamar yang sesuai dengan pesanan.

Membantu bila ada permintaan yang merupakan fasilitas dari harga kamar hotel.

Membalas chat komplain dari user

1. Melakukan pemantauan terhadap tim customer care secara realtime
2. Melakukan evaluasi dan membuat laporan
3. Mengatur jadwal kerja dan jadwal lembur
4. Mengumpulkan dan menganalisa informasi kepuasan pelanggan
5. Memastikan pelanggan mendapatkan pelayanan yang dibutuhkan perusahaan
