• Pemeliharaan infrastruktur jaringan yang ada dan memastikan berjalan normal. 
• Mengelola dan mengatasi masalah infrastruktur (Server,PC/Laptop,Printer,CCTV,IP,Router/Switch ) perangkat jaringan lainnya
• Menganalisi masalah untuk tindakan pencegahan dan perbaikan

• Mempekerjakan, melatih, dan menyiapkan agen call center
• Memastikan agen call center mampu mencapai tujuan dan sasaran call center
• Menjawab pertanyaan agen dan membantu mereka menangani panggilan yang menantang
• Mengidentifikasi masalah operasional call center dan menyarankan perbaikan
• Menyiapkan laporan operasional dan menganalisis data
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan kehadiran dan prosedur yang ditetapkan
• Mengumpulkan umpan balik dari anggota tim dan memberikan umpan balik berkelanjutan kepada mereka
• Memberikan penghargaan kepada agen secara berkala
• Memantau metrik kinerja utama seperti pembatalan panggilan dan panggilan menunggu

• Monitoring Real time operasional semua layanan yang ada di operasional call center dalam menangani traffic call
• Melakukan pengecekan attendance, adherence dan menemukan ketidaksesuaian setiap agent call center
• Menjalankan action plan/recovery plan saat terjadi peningkatan call
• Membaca & menginterpretasikan kondisi real time dari reporting tools per interval
• Membantu pencapaian target service level baik itu per interval maupun per daily

Memberikan informasi kepada customer / nasabah melalui telp / email / livechat dengan baik dan benar.

Membantu penyelesaian permasalahan yang di sampaikan oleh customer/nasabah dan memberikan solusi terbaik.

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Manage and optimize end-to-end procurement operational including but not limited to sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management. 
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies, policies, and other potential improvement to drive cost savings, efficiency, and effectiveness related sourcing activities in INDICO from time-to-time;  
• Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement;  
• Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records of procurement activities;  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance and support in supplier selection and evaluation;  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies to mitigate risk;  
• Perform other duties as assigned by management; 

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, and/or any related field. 
• Has minimum 1 year experience in Procurement, or supply chain management is preferred. 
• Fresh graduate with minimum 1 year experience are welcome to apply
• Strong in vendor management, contract management, and resource management

• Maintain accurate data of harvest and post-harvest processes.
• ⁠⁠Track and input project expenses.
• ⁠⁠Organize digital and physical documents (production, expenses, invoices).
• ⁠⁠Work with field teams to gather data for performance monitoring.
