Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Memberikan dukungan teknis & edukasi ke karyawan internal di semua departemen dalam penyelesaian masalah hardware dan software.
• Melakukan instalasi & konfigurasi perangkat baru seperti komputer, server, router, access point, serta perangkat lainnya sesuai dengan prosedur dan peraturan perusahaan.
• Melakukan langkah-langkah perlindungan sistem dan pencegahan ancaman keamanan dari virus maupun malware, serta memastikan kegiatan back-up data dilakukan secara berkala.
• Melakukan proses dokumentasi rutin terkait kegiatan perbaikan yang sudah dilakukan untuk proses pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban ke pihak Manajemen perusahaan.

·      Assisting in troubleshoot employee’s laptop or other IT’s assets issue both hardware and software for all Staff including all Ships.

·      To assist preparing new/replacement laptop or other IT requirements for the office for all for all Staff including all Ships

·      Managing existing IT’s company assets.

o  Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other peripherals (NAS, CCTV and Network devices)

o  Monitor and maintain antivirus and endpoint protection systems.

o  Maintain Microsoft Outlook for company emails

·      To assist in monitoring Crewing Management System.

·      To assist in company’s promotional items.             

o  Create graphics, layouts, and branding materials for internal or external use.

o  Collaborate with other departments to design user-friendly interfaces or presentations.

·      As a runner for IT’s purchasing / maintenance matter.

2. Membuat eskalasi permasalahan pelanggan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan melalui tiket Cookies atau media lain yang ditentukan kepada fungsi

4. Mengidentifikasi dan mencatatkan tujuan atau permasalahan pelanggan/calon pelanggan datang ke GraPARI di aplikasi yang telah ditentukan oleh Telkomsel.

• Memberikan Informasi yang dibutuhkan konsumen mengenai produk perusahaan via Video Call sesuai SOP yang berlaku;
• Mendengarkan dengan baik setiap keluhan yang disampaikan oleh konsumen via Video Call sesuai SOP yang berlaku;
• Memberikan solusi yang terbaik atas masalah yang dihadapi konsumen sesuai SOP yang berlaku;
• Melayani konsumen dengan cepat;
• Eskalasi ke unit terkait jika ada pertanyaan dan keluhan yang perlu di selesaikan lebih lanjut;
• Sopan dan ramah dalam berinteraksi dengan konsumen;
• Mengikuti proses dan standar kerja;
• Mendokumentasikan interaksi konsumen.

Melakukan identifikasi dan pemeriksaan laporan sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan.

Melakukan QC Asset berdasarkan standar yang berlaku.

Membaca dan menggunakan alat ukur yang digunakan dalam pemeliharaan, terutama alat ukur elektrikal.

Melakukan troubleshoot terhadap temuan dari hasil pemeliharaan rutin.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Agribusiness Operation Support to join our team. The Agribusiness Operation Support will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our agribusiness activities. This position will work closely with the operations team and provide support in various operational aspects related to agribusiness.

What will you do but not limited to:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the agribusiness activities.
• Responsible for recording inbound and outbound activity transactions
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, documents and quality standards in all agribusiness operations.
• Provide support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to agribusiness operations.
• Assist in the coordination and management of inventory and supply chain for agribusiness products.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of agribusiness activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Agribusiness, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in operations or related roles, preferably in the agriculture, agribusiness and/or poultry industry.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong understanding of agribusiness operations and processes will be a plus point
• Have own vehicle and its license
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
