As a Service Desk Engineer, you are the point of contact for end users and their operational questions, requests, and problems regarding IT services (also applications). Within the Service Desk, you are responsible for first- line solutions to problems in the IT services.

You are responsible for keeping the work environment of the end users productive. The tickets are coming in via different communication channels like phone, chat, and the helpdesk portal. If the ticket cannot be resolved, you will triage it to the right resolution group and make sure the customer’s request is solved.

About the Role
As a Livestream Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our livestream events. You will assist with the technical setup and operations, engage with our online audience, and help create unforgettable experiences during our broadcasts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of livestream events, including camera setup, audio configuration, and streaming software.
• Monitor livestream feeds to ensure high quality and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
• Engage with viewers during livestreams through chat moderation, answering questions, and facilitating discussions.
• Work closely with the marketing and content creation teams to plan and execute livestream events aligned with our promotional strategies.
• Analyze viewer engagement data post-event to provide insights and recommendations for future livestreams.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in livestream technology and platforms to optimize viewer experiences.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in livestreaming or broadcasting environments is preferred, including familiarity with streaming platforms / marketplace & social media platform.
• Strong technical skills in audiovisual equipment, streaming software, and online engagement tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage an audience effectively.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the capacity to remain calm under pressure during live events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for livestream events.
• Passion for technology and an interest in the smart home industry is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Minimal lulusan Diploma (D3) Keperawatan. untuk Technical Support, atau setara.
• Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai Perawat Kamar Operasi (OT), diutamakan pengalaman assistensi Dokter Orthopedi Spine.
• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman 1 taun dikamar operasi (OT)

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. A large percentage of the customers you engage with will be Enterprise customers from a Dynatrace spend perspective as well as some customers that are part of the Enterprise Success & Support program and have a mix of other dynatrace services involved. You will be a trusted strategic advisor, ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of all Dynatrace products. Customers hold CSE’s in high regard as experts and rely on you to guide them through ways of obtaining the most outstanding value from their Dynatrace solutions.
