- To analyse and provide up-to-date sales performance data (daily sales vs. forecast) and daily stock to drive sales for Asia BD to enable > 95% customer service satisfaction level.
- To actively lead Forecast Consensus Meeting (FCM) to review and input realistic rolling sales demand 6-24 months horizon in APO and Business Planning meeting/presentation.
- To effectively involve and attend Weekly Sales, Demand & Supply Planning, Key distributors Business Demand and monthly COP meetings regarding potential Supply issues or constraints and mutually find solutions and to provide sufficient stock for sales with minimum SLOBS
- To collaborate with Marketing, Business Developments /Sales, Regional Supply Chain Business Partner, Finance, Planners and Customer Service to ensure smooth NPD and existing products’ stock availability SLOBs (slow moving and obsolete) management (avoidance); identify obsolete risks, initiate and follow through required actions to avoid obsoletes.
- To support Customer service function for selective markets
- Monthly KPI reports
- To manage user request relates to SAP, including investigate the situation and diagnose the underlying causes ultimately in recovering or continuing operations.
- To sustain the operation support service, follow up and monitor IT incidents delivery according to agreed SLA To collaborate with other SAP’s modules to ensure smooth SAP operations and any future tests.
- Project Management for continuously improvement
Requirement:
- Bachelor or Master degree in any field
- 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Roles with minimum 3 year of experience in Demand Planning and S&OP/SIOP/IBP process facilitation (including working knowledge of SAP APO).
- FMCG industries background
- Oral & written English communication
- Strong analytical skills: must feel comfortable working with several sources of data and information to identify relevant insights. Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
- Strong personal computer skills required, proficiency in the use of excel, including advanced spreadsheet tools.
- Demonstrated success in process and/or tools improvements initiatives. Continuous improvement mindset.
