As a Learning and Development Intern, you will be part of a Learning and Development team.

What will you do:

• Assist in data migration to HRIS and LMS.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks in HR tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Provide end-user support.
• Contribute to creating training data/dashboard

What we are looking for:

• Education: Enrolled in HR, Business, Data, or related programs.

• Skills: Basic HRIS and LMS understanding, proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (especially in employee data) & Proactive and adaptable.
