AYANA Hospitality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development (Training) Officer to join our team at AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta. As the Training Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and delivery of training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs based on identified organizational needs
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics and resources needed
• Create training materials and resources, including handouts, presentations, and e-learning modules
• Facilitate training sessions, either in-person or virtually
• Conduct post-training evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve training programs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training programs

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, specifically in coordinating and delivering training programs
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

Principal Accountabilities:

• Lead total education/training strategy and action plan with excellent execution OMNI to drive business growth in Indonesia while ensuring the right fit approach within brand DNA and values
• Review and identify/initiate Education programs/modules from HQ that are relevant and fit with business strategy
• Prepare the training module and plan
• Conduct the training session and follow up on the results regularly
• Evaluate training results, coaching, and developing Beauty Advisor in each store
• Evaluate the success of training to develop further training needs
• Being in the field regularly to execute the designed training for the sales team and raise information to create further training needs
• Ensure compliance with brand policies, standards, and procedures
• Assists the Brand Team in launching events, principal store visits, and other team activities
• Prepare and submit monthly training reports
• Deliver training, evaluation, and development report
• Work closely with all functions to manage new product/campaign launches on time as planned and implement in-depth product knowledge across all field teams Performing the beauty class

• At least 2-3 years experience in the beauty industry, preferably within the skin care, beauty, make-up, and haircare category
• Excellent knowledge/experience in retail business
• Strong interpersonal, communication & coaching skills
• Experience in building effective teams
• Creative, proactive, and high motivation in work
• A results-driven achiever with ambition, motivation, and dynamism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Has a positive work attitude, sociable, and fast learner
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
