Job Requirements :

·        Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Analis Research & Development

·        Pengalaman dalam bidang Adjustmen Colour min 1 tahun

·        Pendidikan minimal D3, S1 Farmasi / Kimia

·        Lebih diutamakan dari perusahaan Kosmetik / Skincare

·        Mahir Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

·        Komunikatif, mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim

·        Bersedia bekerja sistem shifting

·        Penempatan Tangerang - Cikupa

●     Melihat dan menganalisis perkembangan tren keuangan di pasar saat ini.

●     Melakukan penelitian serta analisis laporan keuangan perusahaan baik di masa lalu maupun saat ini.

●     Mengumpulkan data dan informasi perusahaan secara keseluruhan untuk dilaporkan kepada manager.

●     Menganalisa proses keuangan bisnis yang lebih baik, seperti perubahan anggaran hingga peningkatan modal.

●     Mengoptimalkan rencana komersial jangka panjang dengan berkonsultasi bersama tim manajemen terkait.

●     Mengembangkan inisiatif dan kebijakan demi peningkatan pertumbuhan keuangan perusahaan.

Working directly with our Head of Research Indonesia, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge and contacts to identify exciting investment

ideas within Consumer and Retail coverage with the opportunity to explore emerging sectors. You will assist our clients to access those

opportunities by conducting market analysis, financial modelling and producing quality reports. You will engage with senior stakeholders of the

companies covered, travel to develop industry contacts when available and service the largest institutional investors in the world on a daily basis.

Given the coverage scope of the role, you’ll have the opportunity to explore highly detailed company analysis in addition to a wider, macro level

view.

A tertiary qualification in economics, finance or a similar discipline

4+ years’ relevant experience gained within sell-side research, buy-side research, investment banking or similar environments; existing

coverage in Consumer, Retail or related sectors would be an advantage

Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and a track record of building solid relationships with international and domestic

institutional clients as well as internal teams globally

Logical and analytical lateral thinker with a passion for equity research and strong drive to succeed

Strong team ethics and the desire to work within a fast-paced environment
