·        Bertanggung jawab atas hasil pengembangan produk

·        Bertanggung jawab terhadap analisis dan pengujian produk trial, produk verifikasi

·        Bertanggung jawab terhadap stabilitas dan kompatibilitas produk trial dan verifikasi

·        Bertanggung jawab atas laporan kegiatan Research & Development

Job Requirements :

·        Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Analis Research & Development

·        Pengalaman dalam bidang Adjustmen Colour min 1 tahun

·        Pendidikan minimal D3, S1 Farmasi / Kimia

·        Lebih diutamakan dari perusahaan Kosmetik / Skincare

·        Mahir Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

·        Komunikatif, mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim

·        Bersedia bekerja sistem shifting

·        Penempatan Tangerang - Cikupa

1. Schedule and prepare for training sessions with the channel and Support other teams in conducting the training.

2. Conduct training session in variuos format such as online training or offline training

3. Execute trainers competency development program

4. Maintain records and prepare reports on training activities

5. Create training impact analysis & improvement recommendation
