Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FM Engineer (ELV Services) with luxury experience to join our team. As a Senior FM Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of facility management with a focus on ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) services in luxurious properties. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with prestigious clients and contribute to the seamless operations and maintenance of high-end facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the area of ELV services, including but not limited to structured cabling, security systems, audiovisual systems, and building management systems
• Plan, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs for ELV systems to ensure their optimal performance and reliability
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and new installations
• Manage and prioritize work orders, responding to service requests and emergencies in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for the efficient and cost-effective operation of ELV systems
• Prepare and present reports on the performance and maintenance of ELV systems to senior management and clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in facility management and ELV services

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on ELV services
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining ELV systems in luxurious properties
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, security systems, audiovisual systems, and building management systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools
