Some of your duties will include:

·        Respond to emergencies that could cause injury to personnel or loss of production.

·        Monitor and reviews cost, establishes and maintain budgets and recommends the replacement or updating of equipment

·        Develop and evaluate plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities and devise new approaches to problems encountered.

·        Plan and conduct surveys, tests or investigations, interpret results, and prepare recommendations, summaries, schedules, and cost estimates. Meet with representatives of other departments to coordinate planning and scheduling activities.

·        Oversee new installations, including modifications and new installation, start – up /commissioning.

·        Reviews maintenance schedules and coordinates with other departments to ensure optimal equipment and plant availabilities to meet business also that adequate resources are available for meeting scheduled maintenance and repair needs.

·        Responsible for supervising all Electrical Instrument & Process control maintenance activities and ensuring that safe work practices are followed. Conduct periodic safety inspections, prepare STP’s (standard task procedures) and ensure that JHA`s (job hazard analysis) are performed prior to commencement of all tasks.

·        Directly supervises the Senior Supervisor, Supervisor, instrumentation, engineer process control and foreman shift on call, also coordinate activities between his/her foreman with the planning department to ensure that scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs are accomplished with minimal disruption to production schedule.

·        Support Maintenance Senior Supervisor / Supervisor electrical Upstream and Downstream a team according to plant priorities during occasions of breakdown and emergency repairs.

·        Assist in design of PLC/DCS logic and graphical screen interfaces. Help develop standardized programming and calibration procedures.

·        Develop and maintain a systematic recording system for tracking all PLC/DCS changes.

·        Oversee new equipment installations which interface with a PLC or DCS control system.

·        Ensure the transfer of technology from expatriate to National employees and the promotion and support of National employee training and skill development.

·        Apply Change Management consistently in the workplace

·        Develop monthly plan & weekly schedule in line with forecast

Some of your duties will include:

·        Provides Reliability and Maintenance Engineering expertise within the Process Planning & Strategy Department to ensure the continuous improvement of Process Department equipment reliability and infrastructure integrity; Responsible for developing and implementing reliability strategies to optimize the performance and efficiency of the mineral processing plant. The role supports Operations & Maintenance by focusing on predictive and preventative maintenance, failure analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

·        Reliability Engineering & Analysis

o  Develop and implement reliability and maintenance strategies to improve plant performance.

o  Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and propose corrective actions.

o  Analyze historical equipment data to identify failure patterns and recommend interventions.

·        Maintenance Planning & Optimization

o  Collaborate with Operations & Maintenance teams to define maintenance schedules for critical assets.

o  Evaluate the effectiveness of preventative maintenance programs and adjust as needed.

o  Provide input on equipment design and modification to enhance reliability and maintainability.

o  Provides engineering drawings/specifications; obtains construction bids; and performs construction management as required;

·     Process Strategy & Support

o  Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving throughput, recovery, and operational efficiency.

o  Support cross-functional teams in developing plans for capacity expansion or operational adjustments.

o  Implement asset management strategies aligned with ISO 55000 standards.

o  Make important equipment and infrastructure reliability recommendations required to support improving machine maintenance and reliability improvements to minimize operating cost and minimize production losses. This is a critical position as mistakes may result in direct production loss;

·        Data Analysis & Reporting

o  Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

o  Prepare and present reports on plant reliability performance to stakeholders.

o  Utilize advanced tools such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and reliability software for data-driven decision-making.

o  Performs all functions of RCA, FMECA, and Pareto analysis;

o  Provides data interpretation with recommendations on vibration analysis, oil analysis, wear materials non-destructive testing, gear wear monitoring/failure analysis and equipment failure history analysis.

o  Ensures that all work is properly documented, filed and recorded for future reference;

·        Continuous Improvement

o  Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, increase productivity, and lower operational costs;

o  Champion a culture of reliability excellence within the department;

Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible to utilize strong engineering tools, applicable standards and scientifically references in managing mainly but not limited environmental aspect (water, emission, energy, waste); Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the mining operations and future projects comply with all applicable environmental regulations and industry best practices, optimizing environmental performance with sustainable operation; included but not limited to engage with stakeholders, manage data, review technical documents, assist in env audit and inspection, and provide robust report.

·        To develop, support, and/or review technical standard and technical studies for new project or improvement.

·        To manage, conduct and/or support in environmental engineering projects such as energy conservation, water conservation, emission reduction, waste mitigation, reuse and reutilization

·        To be accountable for water, waste, energy, and emission inventory across project site wide

·        To conduct Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and GHG calculation using recognized scientifically and statistical tools.

·        To conduct, coordinate, and/or support water audit and energy audit,

·        To support ESG team in preparing sustainability reports and audit (SASB, OJK, IFC, ICMM, Copper Mark)

·        To engage with internal and external stakeholders during aspect impact session, construction plan review, contractor performance review, incident investigation, audit, inspection, and government inspection.

·        Advises line management regarding regulation, data trend and evaluation. 

·        Provide required resources to manage water accounting, waste inventory, energy inventory, emission inventory.

·        Develop and ensure technical standard and procedure related with water, emission, energy, and waste comply with company and International standards (ICMM, IFC, Copper Mark etc).

·        Responsible to the material preparation in 4 aspect review for management, government, and corporate officials during weekly report, management review etc.

·        Review contractor performance and proposed plan.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Capable to operate and maintain traction and equipment.

·        Repair traction and equipment and to analyze disturbances/damages and make steps to repair of it.

·        Able to plan/design the installation or change of traction equipment systems; and evaluate the performance of traction and equipment.

·        Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of mechanical systems and equipment at the airport.

·        Maintain and repair a range of mechanical systems, including but not limited to air conditioning, heating, ventilation, baggage handling systems, and various other airport machinery

·        Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment, including HVAC systems, baggage handling systems, escalators, elevators, and other machinery.

·        Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions. This includes analyzing malfunction reports and performing corrective actions.

·        Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and airport-specific protocols. Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs

·        Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools. Place orders for parts and supplies as needed, ensuring that inventory is stocked and organized

·        Assist in the evaluation and implementation of system upgrades and improvements to enhance performance and reliability.

·        Able to operate and maintain water and pump system equipment.

·        Able to plan/design the installation or change of water and pump system equipment
