- Conduct inspection and approve materials submitted by the General Contractor are ensure accordance with the technical specifications.
- Conduct daily site walks to review progress, general quality of works and provide updates to the project team.
- Attend inspection of trenches, pits, voids and other services prior to closure, fabrication of CHW / ducting / sprinkler pipework and other related activities as per the inspection and test plan (ITP) and request for inspection and testing (RFIT).
- Attend site acceptance tests (RFIT).
- Assist with the review of engineering document: shop drawings, RFI, method statement, material approval, JSA.
- Attend RFI meetings and assist with response.
- Provide general advice to GC minor site issues on behalf of design consultant.
