Melakukan pekerjaan perawatan mekanik / listrik / elektronik / instrumen mesin-mesin produksi sesuai dengan jadwal dan petunjuk yang sudah ditentukan
Memeriksa kemampuan peralatan mekanik / listrik / elektronik / instrumentasi yang ada dengan alat ukur untuk memastikan bawah peralatan tersebut dalam kondisi prima
Melakukan troubleshooting peralatan mekanik / listrik mesin produksi
Mempersiapkan peralatan dan bahan-bahan untuk digunakan dalam perawatan dan perbaikan peralatan mekanik / listrik mesin-mesin produksi
Melakukan pekerjaan perbaikan di workshop atau laboratorium listrik / elektronik
Qualifications:Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics or Automation EngineeringMinimum 2 years’ experienceExperience in automated industrials..

Experience in automated industrials,production machining design controls and PLCS
Have experience in designing spesial purpose machine
Have experience in automation system and moving part or mechanism and electrical design
Have a good understanding of automation standard part and material
Have a good understanding of flowchart and circuit diagram
Proficient using 2D/3D Cad
Have Creativity,logic,vision,trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Acurate,high attention to detail and a part learner

Reviewing and evaluating the existing process to be automated
Breaking down the concept into requirement and cost budgeting
Design automation system and requirement using engineering tools until its ready to be used

Take immediate action for all out of order / not functions equipment which effect to the operations or affect the member comfort even if it is needed longer hours to fix until done.
In charge of maintaining all equipment in the property, take daily, weekly and monthly check of all equipment.
Monitor all works carried out by outside contractors such as maintenance contracts or new works / upgrading.
Give training for sharing knowledge to technicians in order to carry out the job effectively and efficiently.
To operate and maintain all mechanic and electric system which consist of welding, fire alarm system (if any), refrigerator, plumbing, air conditioning, other machines, kitchen equipment, structural, electronic, sound equipment, etc and other maintenance work necessary to maintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition. Also, ensure the safety and comfort of the members and employees.
Responsible for repair and maintain of all mechanical and electrical equipment and minor installations.
Completes jobs as per job cards for the Preventive Maintenance Program.
Assist in all general works of the department as required.
