A.  Qualifications:

• Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) in Electrical Engineering, D3 Electrical, or S1 Electrical Engineering
• Strong and adequate physical condition
• Maximum age of 30
• Expertise in low and high voltage electrical systems and electronic equipment
• Proficient in handling generators, main panels, electrical network installations, also create or develop electrical systems also blueprints.
• create, calculating and develop electrical schematics (wiring diagram, SLD, Electrical Block Diagram), as well as maintenance and repairs
• Able to work both in a team and individually
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to handle tasks outside of electrical work that are part of the FEM (Facility, Equipment & Maintenance) division

Preferred Qualifications:

B.  Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and adhering to technical specifications and electrical engineering standards
• Integrating electrical systems with other systems, such as machinery or software, to ensure seamless operation
• Diagnosing electrical system faults, proposing solutions, and performing repairs
• Ensuring on-site electrical engineering practices comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• Repairing electrical panel boxes and cable connections
• Conducting regular inspections and general electrical maintenance

Design of offshore oil and gas production facilities by developing mechanical design concepts and drawings, performing mechanical calculations, reviewing and implementing mechanical design criteria, specifications, government regulations and industry codes.

1. Melakukan survey lokasi pemasangan sistem PLTS dan memberikan laporannya kepada atasan, manajemen dan pihak distributor.
2. Menganalisa dan mendesain konstruksi system PLTS dari project potensial dan yang sedang berjalan.
3. Menyusun Bill of Quantity (BOQ) sistem PLTS.
4. Melaksanakan simulasi sistem PLTS menggunakan PVSyst dan memastikan tidak terdapat error dan hambatan lain dalam desain.
5. Membuat desain 3D dan DED detailed engineering designs (sesuai permintaan developer) pada perancangan sistem PLTS menggunakan aplikasi i.e. Sketch up dan Autocad.
6. Memastikan Instalasi PLTS sesuai rancangan yang telah di mendapat Approval dari Developer.
7. Turut terlibat dalam tahap commissioning, menyiapkan dokumen hand-over sesuai standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh developer; Melaksanakan Operation and Maintenance (O&M) sistem PLTS di proyek tersebut secara reguler paska commissioning.
8. Mengecek item dan jumlah peralatan yang akan di instalasi dan paska instalasi untuk memastikan kodisi nya layal pakai dan tepat jumlah nya.
9. Menjalankan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan langsung yang berkitan dengan jabatan ini.

• Designing steel structure for Pipe rack and Equipment support structure for Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Plant in EPC Project.
• Providing calculation to design steel structure for Pipe Rack and Equipment support structure.
• Designing the modularization steel structure pipe rack and equipment steel structure is preferable.
• Experience in using STAAD PRO on the design for steel structure.

• Designing foundation for Buildings, Pipe rack, Equipment support, Equipment foundation such as Tanks, Vertical & Horizontal Vessels for Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Plant in EPC Project.
• Providing calculation to design foundation.
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
• Capability to use MAT3D and Foundation3D software is preferable.
• Capability to conduct foundation dynamic analysis is preferable.

• Full understanding of international codes and standards such as IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEC, NEMA.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical design philosophy (system and construction design).
• Understand power system analysis and proficient in operating ETAP tool for load flow, short circuit, motor starting, transient study, harmonic analysis, and power factor correction.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Word.

• We are looking for a person who is responsible for all Monitoring, Repair and Preventive Maintenance of operations equipment in the property. Helping Team to carry out the repair or preventive maintenance of all equipment in the property, act as a team leader among the technician, give instruction or guidance to execute the job.
• Responsibilities include:
• Take immediate action for all out of order / not functions equipment which effect to the operations or affect the member comfort even if it is needed longer hours to fix until done.
• In charge of maintaining all equipment in the property, take daily, weekly and monthly check of all equipment.
• Monitor all works carried out by outside contractors such as maintenance contracts or new works / upgrading.
• Give training for sharing knowledge to technicians in order to carry out the job effectively and efficiently.
• To operate and maintain all mechanic and electric system which consist of welding, fire alarm system (if any), refrigerator, plumbing, air conditioning, other machines, kitchen equipment, structural, electronic, sound equipment, etc and other maintenance work necessary to maintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition. Also, ensure the safety and comfort of the members and employees.
• Responsible for repair and maintain of all mechanical and electrical equipment and minor installations.
• Completes jobs as per job cards for the Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Assist in all general works of the department as required.
• Job Requirements:
• Understand english (speaking & writing) are preferred
• Graduates Diploma in technical or minimum from technical senior high school with minimum of one year of experience in similar position.
• Maximum 38 years old
• Good personality, mature and a team player as well as work under pressure important to be the technician to engineering.
• Must be able to be part of a team work, analyze problems, and take decision to fix the problems, in order to smooth the property operations.
• Self motivated, good analytical skill, be able to conduct prompt decision making and take a quick solution.
