About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Site Engineer, you will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met. You will work closely with principal design engineers, project managers, site managers, architects, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality civil construction projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Interpret and review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain construction standards.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, schedules, and other documentation.
• Resolve any technical issues or design conflicts in collaboration with the design and engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance and training to site workers when required.
• Monitor material usage and inventory to prevent shortages or wastage.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
• Having minimum 2 years work experiences
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other construction management software.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel to various sites.
• Experience working on large-scale civil infrastructure projects and proficient in English is a plus

What you will do, but not limited to:

• Manage and secure AWS environments.
• Integrate and automate DAST/SAST tools in CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct penetration testing for applications, containers, and infrastructure.
• Implement and monitor AWS security services (IAM, GuardDuty, CloudTrail).
• Perform vulnerability assessments and enforce container image compliance.
• Respond to security incidents and ensure runtime security in AWS Services..

• 3+ years in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Pentesting.
• Expertise in AWS (EKS, ECS, IAM, Lambda) and Kubernetes.
• Experience with DAST/SAST tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, SonarQube).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) and IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with OWASP, CIS benchmarks, and container security tools.

Preferably:

• Experiences in AWS, Kubernetes and Security

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Lead Backend Engineer responsible for our serverside application logic and its integration with the front-end platforms. In this position, you will use your programming skills and tools to analyze and translate business/feature requirements into well-structured, efficient, scalable software. You will also provide leadership and mentoring to the team on technical aspects. You will also be actively involved in researching new technologies/tools that can be incorporated to improve the current system.

• Develop secure, well-architected, scalable and high- performant backend applications in Golang and Node.js (JavaScript & TypeScript)
• Implement best practices for maintainable quality code
• Optimize existing codes to improve performance and efficiency
• Provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical direction to your team members
• Develop partnerships with engineers and product managers to better understand and implement product requirements
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and UI team to deliver features and improvements
• Build & maintain a strong team of developers that consistently deliver solid results
• Monitor and adapt the team's pace to instill a sense of urgency for progress

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience, including 1+ years in a leadership role.
• 4+ years with Golang and Node.js (JavaScript & TypeScript).
• Knowledge of coding standards and best practices for production environments.
• Experience with message queuing and streaming platforms (Amazon SQS, SNS, Kinesis, Apache Kafka) for scalable, event-driven architectures.
• Strong grasp of microservices.
• Familiarity with Golang and Node.js tools and frameworks.
• Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git and GitLab.
• Experience deploying to cloud services (AWS/GCP) and using integration pipelines.
• Comfortable in a Linux environment.
