Responsible for the overall management as Lead Reliability Engineer to ensure effective and efficient service contract operation, principally through providing engineering and reliability support with the objective of improving overall equipment reliability, availability, and capability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand contractual requirements with respect to reliability, inventory management, and service delivery and implement plans to meet the requirements.
• Leading reliability engineer and service technicians for to perform all related work to reliability, technical and service.
• Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
• Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
• Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
• Actively promote positive safety culture.
• Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:
• Compliance to work instructions.
• Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
• Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit
• Be responsible for reliability data management, trending, analysis and reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle stock management, rationalise stock levels, optimise stock to ensure availability and control costs
• Stock control within the JC store (this includes stock issue, control of stock levels, reconditioning and reordering of stock)
• Communication with all stakeholders involved in the Alliance contract.
• Maintain the equipment & seal database and failure history using John Crane Interface Reliability Management software for all equipment within the scope of the contract.

• The person is responsible for managing and driving all Performance Plus contract related tasks and day to day activities based at assigned customer site.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Desc/What will you do

• Identify current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats over the cloud-based infrastructure
• Recognize complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment
• Perform proactive investigation to analyze security weaknesses and recommend appropriate strategies
• Perform Threat intelligence activities
• Work closely with internal and external teams to implement security solutions
• Acquire and implement new technological solutions to enhance organizational security posture
• Identify, define and document system security requirements and recommend solutions
• Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures
• Enhance the effectiveness of cloud security related processes through automation and orchestration

Requirements

• 5+ years of related job experience
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to express technical information clearly at different organizational levels
• Having relevant certification are preferable 
• Familiarity with Cloud Security concepts, principles, and technologies
• Familiar with Cloud Platform such as GCP, AWS 
• Experienced in scripting using Python, Bash scripting
• Familiar with a variety of DevSecOps toolkits, including Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Terraform, Git/Version Control Software, or comparable technologies
• Familiar with a variety of Pentesting toolkits, including BurpSuite, Hydra, Nessus, NMap, Metasploit, Frida, MobSF, or comparable technologies
• Experience in deploying, managing, and maintaining ELK Stack
• Tools familiarity : Python, Bash, TerraFrom, Ansible, GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Terraform, Git, Nessus, NMap, Metasploit
