As a Lead Mobile Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the mobile engineering team, designing and developing high-performance mobile applications, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive development goals, mentor junior engineers, and explore new technologies to continuously improve our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Mobile Engineers, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Design and build advanced applications for the Mobile platform.
• Collaborate with the engineering team from planning to execution in achieving development goals.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Ensure that all service delivery is scalable and secure.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting them for architectural review.

• Experienced as a Lead Mobile Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Proven working experience in software development, with one or more published Android apps on the Play Store.
• Experience in Native Mobile Development using Flutter.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Proven experience in writing readable code, creating extensive documentation for existing code, and refactoring previously written code.
• Familiarity with secure engineering practices.
• Strong exposure to Financial Technology is a plus.
• Strong exposure to Firebase Analytics & Firestore is a plus.

As a Principle DevOps Engineer, you will combine software and system engineering to ensure the reliability and uptime of critical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the implementation, tuning, and ongoing administration of data layers and infrastructure.
• Manage availability, performance monitoring, and capacity planning for data and application layers.
• Improve services in terms of deployment and operation.
• Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
• Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.

• Experienced in the fields of Computer Science or Software Engineering
