RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring PR and executing PO based on time target
• Having ability to source new alternative supplier and evaluate the process
• Summarizing PO proposal on bid tabulation
• Evaluating bid tabulation and suggest the supplier winner to superior
• Monitoring the process of PO’s delivery until goods received well on designated warehouse
• Arranging technical meeting with user and supplier if needed
• Evaluating supplier periodically

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for engineering design and calculations of product components, including development, to ensure compliance with client requirements and corporate product development standards.
• Provide technical clarification related to mechanical valves.
• Conduct analysis, offer technical assistance, consultation, and recommendations in valve engineering or other company products.
• Prepare necessary technical documentation.

• Tackle High-Impact Challenges: Identify, analyze, and resolve critical issues that have a significant impact on the company’s engineering operations or customer satisfaction.
• RCA Investigations: Investigate incidents to identify root causes, implement preventive measures, and ensure long-term solutions are in place to avoid recurrence.
• Lead Strategic Projects: Take ownership of high-priority projects, delivering innovative solutions within tight timelines and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering squads, QA, and product teams to understand challenges, share insights, and implement solutions effectively.
• Mentor and Support Teams: Share expertise with other engineers, contributing to skill development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive Innovation: Research and implement cutting-edge tools, technologies, or methodologies that enhance McEasy’s engineering capabilities.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create detailed documentation of solutions, processes, and learnings to ensure knowledge is retained and shared across the organization.
• Monitor and Optimize Performance: Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of McEasy’s systems and solutions.

Engineering Staff

• Membuat laporan harian sesuai dengan jadwal rutin yang dikeluarkan oleh pengawas dan manajer pemeliharaan
• Melakukan pemeriksaan mesin dan mengisi daftar periksa
• Melakukan pemeliharaan mesin mekanis dengan pemeriksaan berkelanjutan sesuai dengan jadwal yang dikeluarkan
• Melakukan perbaikan untuk kerusakan yang dapat dilakukan secara langsung
• Memberikan informasi dan laporan langsung kepada pengawas tentang kerusakan yang tidak dapat ditangani segera
• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait saat menangani pemeriksaan/kerusakan mesin
• Memastikan proses pemeliharaan berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur operasional standar (SOP)
• Melaporkan masalah apapun dalam proses pemeliharaan kepada pengawas
• Memastikan lingkungan kerja selalu bersih
• Menerapkan prosedur kesehatan, keselamatan, dan lingkungan dalam unit kerja
• Bekerja dengan aman sesuai dengan prosedur kerja
• Mengambil tindakan korektif ketika menemukan kondisi tidak aman atau tindakan tidak aman dan melaporkannya kepada atasan

• Menguasai hydrolic, mechanical engine, dan electrical forklift
• Mampu melakukan perawatan, dan perbaikan mesin-mesin kendaraan dan alat berat. Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan forklift dan alat berat
• Membuat laporan kerja / melaporkan hasil aktifitas setiap hari kepada atasan baik secara tertulis maupun lisan
