Job description:

· Carry out product structure design according to project planning

Job description:

· Develop new product production processes

· Improve existing production processes

· Formulate new product production process according to new product technical requirements, process requirements, and quality requirements

· Develop new product production operation instructions SOP

· Measure product standard production hours based on new product production processes and continuously improve

· Improve the production process of existing mass-produced products and increase efficiency

· Responsible for process docking of products transferred from headquarters

· Leading and responsible for trial production of new product PVT

Job description:

• Supervise the inspection and maintenance of machines and production facilities.

• Develop guidelines and instructions regarding maintenance and repair of production machines and equipment.

• Create and implement SOP for how to operate machines and production facilities.

• Troubleshooting damaged parts, optimizing processes, and taking corrective action.

• Create and prepare work instructions and machine parameter records for each product and production machine.

• Supervise the implementation of new mold and tools projects related to products and production machines.

• Supervise every work carried out in accordance with SOP and safety standards.

• Provide support related to projects and setting up industrial equipment.

• Carry out problem solving related to production equipment and machines.

• Proposing improvements for better results.

• Memperbaiki dan memecahkan masalah kerusakan mekanis dan malfungsi 
• Menjaga dan mendokumentasikan catatan perbaikan mekanis 
• Memantau ketersediaan suku cadang dan mengisi kembali persediaan 
• Mengoptimalkan efisiensi mekanis dengan menyesuaikan pengaturan mesin dan peralatan 
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap kelancaran atau kondisi mesin-mesin produksi yang siap pakai 
• Berkoordinasi dengan operator produksi 
• Memberikan service mesin yang baik dan benar 
• Membuat alat bantu yang dibutuhkan dalam operasional produksi 
• Melakukan pengecekan spare part ke setiap mesin di area produksi 
• Menjaga keselamatan kerja 

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Melakukan pekerjaan perawatan mekanik / listrik / elektronik / instrumen mesin-mesin produksi sesuai dengan jadwal dan petunjuk yang sudah ditentukan
• Memeriksa kemampuan peralatan mekanik / listrik / elektronik / instrumentasi yang ada dengan alat ukur untuk memastikan bawah peralatan tersebut dalam kondisi prima
• Melakukan troubleshooting peralatan mekanik / listrik mesin produksi
• Mempersiapkan peralatan dan bahan-bahan untuk digunakan dalam perawatan dan perbaikan peralatan mekanik / listrik mesin-mesin produksi
• Melakukan pekerjaan perbaikan di workshop atau laboratorium listrik / elektronik
