• Provide leadership and vision for the cloud infrastructure team, ensuring a high level of performance and collaboration.

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to enhance the efficiency of software development and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize data storage, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies to implement proactive measures.
• Foster collaboration between development, operations, and security teams to ensure a seamless and secure software delivery lifecycle.
• Deeply understand the business and manage the high availability of financial services, continuously improving the business SLA.
• Identify system weaknesses through comprehensive data operations (availability metrics, historical incidents, resource utilization) and implement improvement projects.
• Respond promptly to production faults, coordinating with development, operation, maintenance, and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Responsible for fault response time and MTTR.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in a leadership role focused on DevOps and SRE within the financial services or banking industry.
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation.
• Strong understanding of SRE methodologies, including monitoring, incident response, and reliability engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing cloud infrastructure strategies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS).
• Solid knowledge and experience with IAAS and PAAS technology stacks.
• Familiarity with basic network principles, TCP/UDP networks, HTTP, Socket, CDN, and other technologies.
• Skilled in middleware/databases such as Redis, Kafka, MySQL, Elasticsearch.
• Proficient in Docker/K8s container platforms and related underlying technologies and principles.
• Deep understanding of internet technology architecture, network communication protocols, application servers, load balancing, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Missions:

• Responsible for developing and maintaining relevant relationships with stakeholders in the projects channel, primarily in the Commercial Building Solutions (CBS) Hotels and Resorts (Hospitality), and Vertical Residential market segment (Architects, Interior Designers, Consulting Engineers, Façade Engineers, Sustainability Consultants, Developers, Somfy Industrial and Project Partners etc.)
• Use a solution selling approach to increase awareness of Automation and the Somfy brand in the target segment
• Responsible for building a pipeline and converting to sales, of relevant projects ensuring Somfy automation is specified

Activities:

• Builds up database and knowledge about projects, construction industry and key players
• Ensures relevant Somfy solutions are specified and converted into sales for meeting targets
• Develops a long-term approach for influencing and engaging with main stakeholders

Management:

• Secures end-to-end specified projects deliveries
• Close cooperation with industrial channel team to drive Key Accounts project sales
